Very powerful and highly versatile shift master and calendar module makes day-to-day operations on software easy & fast.
Multi layer users and rights allocation. Functional module (menu) level selection rights available for users.
Wide range of reports are provided on Daily, Monthly and Yearly basis. Output files of these reports can be exported in TXT, Excel and various other formats.
A monthly attendance summary file can be exported in various file formats to be linked to any existing Payroll Software.
Win32 based application using VB as front end and ODBC based MS Access as backend.
ODBC based design makes it open to attach with any back end database such as ORACLE or MS SQL SERVER.

Error records \ Manual correction
Error records like wrong shift or missing punches can be corrected by feeding correct values directly in software. However to avoid misuse, they are reported separately under 'Manually corrected records' report.
Employee selection based on groups helps in correcting certain cases very easily like 'Bus late arrival'.
Night Shift (Day Change duty) processing
Easy control over complicated cases like overtime duty in night shift extending to next day morning shift OR random schedule changes between night, afternoon & morning shift OR missing (forgotten) punches in night shift cases
Can be implemented even with only one time recorder for In as well as Out punches thus minimizing your investment. No need to keep two time recorders for In and Out punches.
Leave module
Define any number of leaves with their relevant rules

Important reports for regular use

a. Daily reports
All punches report. You may like to see actual In & Out times punched at ARMS throughout the day.
Daily Late / Absent report. You can track late comers and absent employee immediately after shift In punching is over.
Erroneous records report. You can track cases like 'missing or single punch', 'wrong shift presence' and 'present on applied leave' with this report. These cases are corrected by 'manual error correction' option in menu.
Manually edited records report. Managers can keep a watch on misuse of 'Manual error correction' facility with the help of this report.
Overtime report. Usage and patterns of overtime can be tracked for individual or a group like department.
Strength report. Department wise percentage present and absenteeism to allocate labour in critical departments.
Performance report. Complete status including In & Out times, late, early, OT, work hours, status, error remarks etc. are reported in this report.
Out Door report. This report gives information on all outdoor breaks with remarks like official or personal reason.
Shift card report. List of employees scheduled in a shift on given day
b. Date range reports:
Date range late coming, early going. Useful in deduction of leaves or wages due to frequent late \ early reporting.
Frequent Absenteeism. Useful in tracking frequent absenteeism.
Memo generation. Generates internal memo for distribution purpose for given conditions of late, early and absent cases.
c. Monthly reports:
Attendance Register. Generates monthly attendance register in similar formats required by statutory authorities.
Muster Register. Gives detailed and summary information for each day of month on In & Out times, late, early, OT, work hours, status, leaves etc.
Attendance Summary for export to payroll. Monthly attendance summary exported to a file in TXT or excel format. Highly useful for linking with external payroll software.
